This Frank Lloyd Wright Collection floor clock from Bulova was inspired by the floor lamp in the Sherman M. Booth House, Glencoe, Illinois, circa 1915. Most of Frank Lloyd Wright's lighting was either built-in or attached. Of only three free-standing floor lights by Wright, this design is considered by many to be his best. It is derived from his design for the Japanese print stands that were used in the exhibition at the Art Institute of Chicago in 1908. Solid hardwood with stepped rectangular base and a center decorative shelf. Quartz movement takes 1 AA battery (not included). Only minimal assembly is required (attaching shelf and base). Ht: 66". W: 10". Depth at base: 16". Price: $259.00 plus large item handling charge of $30.00. Because of the shipping weight of this item (28 pounds), please note that our standard flat rate ($9.95) shipping charges apply ONLY to UPS "GROUND" shipment selection. Air Shipment and gift wrap are not available on this item. This clock can only be purchased for shipment within the continental United States.
