The Frederick C. Robie House, designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, located in Chicago, IL in 1908 and commissioned by a local engineer. The home is unique by its deep cantilever roof and no obvious door on its street façade. Their color and delicate geometric diamond and chevron shapes are abstractions and reflections of other accents in the house. This stained glass panel has been developed in association with the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation. On this panel, enamel colors are individually applied to a single sheet of glass, which is then kiln fired to permanently fuse the enamels to the glass. The glass panel is then framed with a metal came and includes hanging chain and wood stand for desk or table display. Ht: 14". W: 5.75".
